Frapei/smoothies
Ingredients:
- 1 yogurt (chilled)
- 1 dl milk (chilled)
- 1 tablespoon Medo-flor honey locust
- 1 banana
- 1 dl squeezed orange juice or a (cooled)
- 2 tablespoons of cereal
Preparation:
Put yogurt, milk, honey and grains in a mixer or juicer and stir until they becomes liquid mixture. Then add the banana and orange juice and mix it.
Serving:
In cold cups with straws, if desired.
