Pollen (flower dust, polen)
The bees gather the male herbal gametes = pollen and bring it into the hive. Pollen is the food for bees and a very important factor in their growth and development because it contains required proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.

There are increasingly more and more evidence on the efficiency of pollen. Pollen has a positive effect on the growth and development, it increases fertility, increases number of leucocytes and erythrocytes, improves blood circulation and blood test, it has biostimulative and regenerative properties (liver), it has antibacterial effect in stomach-bowel diseases and urinary infections, it stimulates digestion, it has effect on lipid metabolism (reduces triglycerides), it slows down the aging process, regulates appetite, increases resilience to diseases, it strengthens coronary arteries and the heart muscle tissue, it is efficient when exhaustion occurs (rich in vitamins) and it improves sight. It is increasingly used in cosmetic industry.

Pollen composition
Pollen contains much valued proteins, free amino acids, sugars, mineral substances, fats, etheric oils and hormones. In various pollen compounds, the following vitamins were found: tiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), ascorbic acid (C), provitamin (A), vitamin R (rutin), folic acid, nicotinic acid, panthothenic acid, and vitamins E and D.
Such a wealth of nutrients, enzymes and coenzymes important for good indigestion was not found in any other natural product.
